05 | 5 Ways Exercise Supports Stress Management and Mental Health

Hey Friend!

Are you feeling stressed and frustrated with circumstances that are out of your control?

Exercise boosts endorphins, lowers stress hormones, releases emotional tension, builds confidence through strength training, and improves sleep for emotional resilience. Even short workouts support stress management, better time management, and self-care. Pair movement with eating well, including Mediterranean diet recipes, to strengthen both body and mind and restore a sense of control.
