16 | No Time for Self Care? The Time Management Habit to Start Your Routine Now

Developing morning and evening routines helps meet basic self-care needs amid life’s chaos. Start by defining clear, purposeful goals—like strength training, stress management, or quiet time with God—and identify 1–2 habits to support them. Use time management to schedule routines realistically, track progress for consistency, and adjust as needed. Build in flexibility and self-compassion for life’s interruptions. Consistently following routines supports eating well, incorporating Mediterranean diet recipes, and overall health, enabling you to care for yourself and your family while making a generational impact.
